DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing/Assistant to National Sales Manager

You will be responsible for assisting the national sales manager in day-to-day activities, organizing, administrating and communicating with sales representatives and accounts, creating presentations and attending trade shows.

Requirements:
Applicant must be proficient in English (oral and written).
Strong organizational skills, tracking & compiling information.
Bilingual: English/French considered an asset

Relevant Experience:
Office Administration, Previous sales experience considered an asset, Marketing, Brand Ambassador

Technical Skills:
Windows 7/8/8.1, Microsoft Office 2007+, General office equipment, Typing: 38-45 WPM , Advanced familiarity with Excel, Accounting software (DAC EASY considered an asset), Adobe suite considered an asset.

Fast-paced office environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks.

Essential Skills:
Multi-tasking, Composing/Preparing for presentations, product costing, ability to work alone or within a group environment. Excellent problem solving and decision making. Superior organization, planning and tracking skills. Information sourcing/research, computer use and continuous learning.

Education:

College Diploma

Previous Sales & Administrative experience will be considered an asset.
